This one of a kind planter is made of recycled and upcycled materials. The base of the tower stands on square wooden base . The tower itself was built up from a tube that is found at the inside of a roll of bubble wrap. The top of the tower is made of a plastic plant pot. The pot and tower base are handpainted and embellished with 24kt gold leaf! This planter is a great size and can be Displayed on the floor, in an entryway, near a fireplace, next to an end table, etc. Or it can be placed on a table or bench. With this project I decided to branch out a bit and get more creative. I wanted to give plant lovers more unique options for their indoor garden decor. I also wanted to test my creative sense and try to incorporate recycled and upcycled items into the design of this unique piece. The base stand is wood and is 8” in diameter'. This beautiful plant stand is handmade of mother of pearl tiles set onto a large dark wood base. This stand is my own design and creation. The pieces have been stained in a deep mahogany color.
